Summer Policies
- If you will be
continuing lessons through the summer. Fantastic!
I understand that many of you plan to go on vacation
during the summer. If so, please let me know the dates you
will be gone as early as possible. You will not be charged
for missing those lessons.
- If you plan to take the summer off. I will contact you at the beginning of August to inquire about resuming lessons in the fall. Please keep in mind that students who continued through the summer will get the first chance to schedule fall lessons, and I cannot guarantee what my availability will be.
- If you plan to take
lessons on-and-off during the summer. That's
fine; however,
I cannot reserve a weekly time for you unless you will
be taking at least 8 lessons during the summer.
If you want to take a few lessons here and there, you are
welcome to schedule lessons on a week-by-week basis.
Special Summer Rate: 60-minute lessons for $36 a lesson!The summer is a time for kids to relax and have
fun. But it can also be an opportunity for them to
devote more time to activities outside of school –
time they just don’t have during the school year. I encourage all my students to continue to grow as
musicians during the summer, so I am offering a
special rate of $36
per hour for any student who wants to take
60-minute lessons. The extra time would give us an
opportunity to focus more attention on skills like
sight reading, ear training, and technique – as well
as to get into more detail with the music we are
working on. Just let me know if you’re interested! (For individual weekly
lessons only. Offer cannot be used to combine two
30-minute lessons, and cannot be used for
bi-weekly lessons. Normal rates will resume after
Labor Day) |
